How It Works

A Disciplined Pathway — From Request to Evaluation

Brightford Capital operates as a private access desk for established businesses. We review requests for alignment, set expectations early, and when appropriate, coordinate a structured handoff into partner evaluation.

This process is designed to reduce wasted time and preserve discretion — not to promise outcomes.

Step 1: Request Access (High-Level Only)

You submit a short access request with basic information (ranges are acceptable). This allows us to confirm alignment before deeper evaluation begins.

What we review at this stage:

  • operating state(s) and industry
  • time in business (range)
  • revenue range and amount range
  • basic red flags (active bankruptcy / tax liens)

Step 2: Alignment Review

We review your request for alignment and next-step readiness. This is not a credit decision. It is a practical standard designed to ensure that partner evaluation is appropriate before time and documentation are requested.

If your request aligns, we proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Partner Evaluation (When Appropriate)

If aligned, we connect you to a partner evaluation team. The partner team gathers the necessary details directly and determines:

  • eligibility and availability
  • which capital categories may apply
  • terms and required disclosures (where applicable)
  • next steps and execution timeline

Step 4: Decision

If options are available, you decide whether to proceed. Brightford Capital does not guarantee approvals or specific terms. Outcomes depend on partner evaluation and underlying funding sources.
